Ekomex ML 350 Paddle Mixer
The Ekomex ML350 is a robust and versatile paddle mixer, ideal for processing meat, fish, vegetables, and dough products. With a mixing capacity of 350 liters and a powerful motor, this machine delivers excellent mixing results in a short time. Thanks to its intelligently designed paddle configuration, products are mixed evenly without compromising their structure.
The mixer is suitable for butcher shops, meat processors, ready-meal manufacturers, fish processing companies, catering businesses, food service operations, vegetable processors, industrial bakeries, as well as the pet food and vegan food industries.
It can be used for a wide range of applications, including ground meat, salads, fillings, dough, spice blends, marinades, vegetarian products, and ready-to-eat meals.
This mixing machine is equipped with a standard 200-liter bin lifter. The touch-button programmable PLC control system allows operators to easily select and manage mixing programs. The paddle mixer is constructed entirely from stainless steel (AISI stainless steel).
