For used items, warranty period is 12 months if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer is an entrepreneur as defined by §14 BGB, any warranty is excluded.

For new items, the warranty period is 24 months if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer is an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB, the warranty period is 12 months.
