Detachable gooseneck with external main frame: Hydraulically detachable gooseneck with external main frame, featuring integrated steering linkage and individually operated lowering cylinders. Integrated hydraulic cylinders and support arms for lifting and lowering the low-bed (mounting on the truck required). Line connections to the low-bed are mounted internally on the main frame in the curved section. Kingpin 2 inches. Mounting for locking pin. Ladder with handrail for safe access. All valves and distribution boxes are easily accessible and covered with aluminum plates. 1 pair of plastic shims for the low-bed, mounted on the side. Multiple hydraulic couplings for easy disconnection of the hydraulic lines.

Gooseneck load securing: 2 pairs of recesses for attaching hooks, approximately 2000 daN lashing force. 1 pair of pivoting lashing eyes, approximately 13400 daN lashing force, mounted on the bottom of the support arm. 3 pairs of M16 threaded holes for screwing in lashing points, approximately 2000 daN lashing force, in the open outer frame.

Central lubrication system / front bogie: Installation of a BekaMax progressive central lubrication system with a separate pump in the gooseneck. Optimally controlled via the DOLL tronic. Filled with a specially developed grease that has proven its reliability over many years. This covers the low-temperature range and prevents residues from mineral greases in the distributors.

DOLL tronic - CAN bus system with keypads: The innovative DOLL tronic control concept allows all trailer functions to be easily and safely operated via various control panels (keypads) on the trailer. Control is via a decentralized computer-controlled CAN bus system. The control panels (keypads) are located on the front side of the gooseneck and at the rear. The functions of steering, lane keeping, suspension and central lubrication can be operated from both control panels. In addition, the functions of the detachable gooseneck can be operated on the gooseneck. The feedback of the ride height is displayed via LEDs in the keypads. Green: basic ride height, blue: upper ride level, blue flashing: above the permissible ride level, yellow: lower ride level, yellow flashing: below the permissible ride level. Ride level can be adjusted steplessly within the permitted range. Automatic synchronization when both sides are actuated.

Repeater: For reliable data transmission to the EBS modulator with long cable lengths.

Sockets at the front: 15-pin socket on the front cross member for lighting. 7-pin socket on the front cross member for EBS. 10-pin socket on the front cross member for control. 2-pin power socket for power supply.

LED work lights on the gooseneck: 2 x 1800 lumens, for illuminating the low-bed during loading and unloading in the dark.

Without connection cables to the truck

Front overhang approximately 1,110 mm, front cross member angled: Overhang screwed to the kingpin plate. Approximately 40° angled corners. Slip plate extending forward to protect the line connections.

Low-bed in flatbed design: Flatbed frame is telescopic. Frame pre-tension adjusted for the maximum payload, reduced payload in the telescopic positions. The last telescopic stage may only be used in conjunction with container transport. The outside is designed as an open U-shape. Prepared for the attachment of load area extensions. Telescopic stages approximately every 500 mm + container positions.
