The machine can be equipped with a modern ESS servo drive system, which significantly improves energy efficiency in hydraulic plastic injection moulding machines.
The system controls the operation of the hydraulic pump motor through a frequency inverter, which adjusts the motor speed to the machine’s actual demand during the production cycle. As a result, electricity is consumed only when it is truly needed.
