Our custom-designed common tower is a fully modular system that is designed around the specific shape, dimensions, and logistics of your project. Whether the facade is recessed, curved, or changes profile at a certain height, the tower can be configured to follow the contours of the building, while the construction hoists themselves are installed quickly and in a conventional manner.

By consolidating all vertical transport into a single, custom-designed structure, construction logistics become a streamlined process: a single central point for loading and unloading, fewer facade openings, and hoists that operate at full capacity throughout the construction period.

A custom-designed common tower does more than just move materials. Thanks to a clever anchoring system, facade panels can be installed continuously around the tower, allowing floors to be closed and made weatherproof earlier. This means that finishing trades can start sooner – and your overall construction time is reduced. In combination with high-capacity personnel/goods hoists, the tower also enables the vertical transport of large loads, such as large facade elements and prefabricated units, up to complete bathroom modules.

Modular extensions

The system can be expanded with practical modules, tailored to your construction site:

Loading docks – loading platforms at truck height, allowing goods to be transferred directly from truck to hoist without a forklift. This reduces handling and waiting times.
Integrated stairs – safe, temporary staircases in the tower structure. Ideal as an additional escape route, with fewer anchor points and faster installation than traditional scaffolding stairs.
Canopies / crash decks – tower components can be reused for protective decks that shield the area below from falling objects, or to create extra storage and working space – for example, above a public road.
