Overview

This Clever Machines S.r.l. GS 307 is a rotary shrink-sleeve label applicator, built in 2019 and supplied as a complete line together with an STJ3 steam shrink tunnel. It applies partial or full-body shrink-sleeve labels to PET bottles.

A single-head sleeve feeding and cutting unit sits over a rotary star-wheel carousel, with the steam-powered STJ3 tunnel shrinking the sleeves downstream. The control system is a modern Allen-Bradley / Rockwell architecture (PowerFlex 525 drives, Kinetix 5500 servo drives and an Allen-Bradley PLC). The line is set up for 500, 1,000 and 1,500 ml PET formats.

Condition

Used. Photographs show a clean, well-maintained stainless-steel machine with modern controls and normal signs of production use. The seller reports the machine as being in excellent condition with approximately 3,000 operating hours, dismantled and stored following the end of its private-label production.
