The Ceetec A250 is a medium-sized unit from the series of coating machines and is therefore ideally suited for use in industrial and production facilities, such as paint shops, joineries, sawmills or building supply stores offering facade boards, decking, soffits, structural timber, etc.

The device is most commonly used in manual mode, which means that the workpieces are loaded and unloaded by hand. Wooden components are conveyed horizontally through the machine by an automatic feed system. The Ceetec A250 ensures high-quality finishing thanks to its eight rotating brushes, each of which can be individually adjusted. Excess paint recirculates in a closed-loop system through a filter and back into the tank. The closed-loop circuit ensures optimal paint usage. The unit is supplied complete with brushes and a bag filter, making it ready for operation after connecting to a power source. The Ceetec A250 is a standard model, which means it is typically in stock and can usually be delivered at short notice.

Brush coaters of the A-series are easy to keep clean. Consumable parts that naturally wear out are stocked in our warehouses, ensuring availability and fast delivery times. Thanks to the modular design of the machines, the operator can handle the replacement of most parts independently.

The machine can be additionally equipped with a variety of brushes, bag filters with different mesh sizes, roller tables, and paint trolleys, among others.

For processing raw wood, it is recommended to install a cleaning unit to remove dust and shavings before the machine. The device is intended for use with water-based products.
