The SR6/SR8 robot system consists of robust robot mechanics with four freely programmable axes. Thanks to its high speed and payload capacity (up to 8 kg), the robot is ideally suited for assembly tasks and fast pick-and-place movements.
The TurboScara SR6 and SR8 are articulated arm robots (Scara robots) with four axes and the following advantages:
• Minimal cycle time with maximum precision
• Large working area and various stroke lengths
• Defined mechanical interfaces
• PC control with a wide range of communication options
• Complies with international standards
• Brushless drive technology reduces repairs
• Integrated user installation, optional: gripper for connecting a tool connector
• Integration of safety technology (safety class 3) as standard
• User power supply (24 V) in the control cabinet
• The BAPS programming language is quick to learn and enables the creation of clear and understandable programs; new with BAPSplus: graphical programming interface
• Expandable via compact and flexible input/output modules: B~IO modules or decentralized CAN I/O modules
• Expandable via the VTS02 valve block system with CAN connection for time-saving installation
