The brewhouse comprises the following components: - Mash/wort kettle, steam heated, with propeller agitator, mashing nozzle, CIP head and 4 hop dosing hoppers. - Lauter tun with slotted false bottom, rake, spray heads and spent grain pump - Whirlpool as a separate stainless steel vessel (gross volume: 48 hl, manufactured by C.
