The BACCI DOUBLE JET machine with a KUKA robot is an advanced, automated CNC machining center dedicated to the production of wood and wood-based components. The KUKA robot works with the machine's integrated feeder to automatically feed material for processing, significantly increasing efficiency and minimizing the need for manual operation. After the milling and grinding process is complete, the robot automatically retrieves finished parts and places them on pallets, streamlining production logistics and enabling continuous operation without interruptions for manual reloading.
This system ensures seamless integration of the robot with the BACCI DOUBLE JET machine, which features dual machining heads and 12 interpolated axes, enabling simultaneous and precise machining of components. Automated material loading and unloading and the integrated feeder system increase efficiency and production repeatability while reducing labor costs and improving operator safety. This machine is primarily used in the furniture and carpentry industries, where high standards of quality and efficiency are required.
