Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids including tank, liquid pump and outfeed conveyor. Suitable for viscous and non-viscous liquids such as cosmetic cream, tooth paste, skin lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, fruit jam, edible oil, vinegar, juice, milk etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with PLC (control via color touchscreen user interface, different languages available e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program set-up, mark sensor registration control, quick change former assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor film pulling, double pulling possible, air exhausting device, supporting device of finished bags, hole punching device, suitable for PE film (possibly additional costs for the PE unit). - Specifications of VFFS packaging machine: filling range: up to 3000ml; film width: max. 520mm; bag size (mm): min.-max. Total dimensions of complete system approximately L1780xW3640xH1720mm, depending on final layout. Generally the system has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements.
