CUTTING CARRIAGE

Cutting is performed by a ribbon blade on 2 titanium 200 flywheels mounted on a titanium crosspiece
The cutting carriage is guided by "Hepco inox" rails and rollers
The cutting motion is driven by a Sew Usocome servo-reducer, a through shaft and two connecting rod-crank systems.
The flywheels are driven by a Sew Usocome geared motor equipped with a transmission shaft and an expanding pulley for constant V-belt tension.
A torque-limiting tensioning system enables correct adjustment of the tension on the ribbon blade.
Cutting blade lubrication is provided by an automatic gun fed by a low-pressure water network.
INFEED CONVEYOR :
Slabs are received and distributed by a two-ply polyurethane belt conveyor driven by a Sew Usocome servo-reducer.
Product deposited by a 16 mm diameter saber at the end of the conveyor.
Quick belt release system.
Open-worked bottom for easy cleaning.
Conveyor made entirely of stainless steel.
