Fabryka Automatów Tokarskich (FAT) is the leading manufacturer of CNC and conventional lathes in Poland and a member of the HACO Group. Since 1945 FAT has been incessantly in the machinery business. The past decades were abundant in changes related to the company’s production profile, structure and ownership, but a significant milestone was reached in 1998 when FAT was acquired by the HACO Group. The acquisition made it possible to start new investments along with production of modern lathes using state-of-the-art technology, thus paving the way for international success of the Polish business.
