Warranty basis:
Due to wear and tear of used parts, the items are generally sold as defective – for spare parts only and to business buyers. By submitting a bid, the buyer accepts this as the basis of the sales contract.

For used items, warranty period is 12 months if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer is an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB, any warranty is excluded.

For new items, warranty period is 24 months if the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB. If the buyer is an entrepreneur within the meaning of §14 BGB, the warranty period is 12 months.
