VALMEC MASTER ROTOR 400.3

This used wood brushing machine, RUSTIK MASTER 400, is designed for final surface finishing—fine sanding, structuring, smoothing, and other finishing operations. The specific surface treatment depends on the type of tool/brush used. The machine is suitable for small to medium-sized wooden workpieces, as well as wood-based composite materials and certain plastics.

1. Separate unit with 1 oscillating brush – 3 kW motor (used steel brush, excellent condition)
2. Separate unit with 1 oscillating brush – 3 kW motor (new TYNEX P80 brush)
3. Separate unit with 2 rotary brushes – 0.37 kW motor (used TYNEX brushes, excellent condition)

The feed belt is heavily worn. A replacement feed belt can be ordered and replaced as needed.

Surface treatment, structuring, and graining: These processes are used for finishing primarily solid wood workpieces. The aim is to create or highlight the natural wood structure. For this purpose, brushes of various hardnesses are available. The choice of tool depends on the process requirements and the desired final structure. The working part of the tools is made of synthetic or metallic fibers with various properties.
If fitted with non-original brushes, the machine can also be used for other operations such as surface cleaning, polishing, fine finishing sanding, and more.
