Two fully automatically welded I-beams with welded crossmembers.

Axles and suspension: Disc brake 430 mm "off-road version"
JOST (formerly DCA) axle units, 3 x 9 tons, with air suspension, air bellows arranged centrally to the chassis longitudinal beam, 1st axle liftable with starting aid and manual forced lowering, Smart Board info center, lifting/lowering valve, BVA brake wear indicator

Tires and wheels:
6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R 22.5, approx. 60% tread, with steel rims 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120, UNI wheel bolts, aluminum rims

Landing gear:
Landing gears with two speeds, 2x 20 tons support load. We use swivel feet for air suspension.

Tipping body/dump bed: Fully welded interior
Aluminum dump bed, side walls made of 30 mm thick plank profiles (2-3 mm) welded together, 600 mm wide, bottom made of 6 mm thick, highly wear-resistant alloy (5383H34/HB 110) with 45-degree angled profile to the side wall, front wall reinforced, 4 mm, in an angled design, rear wall as a universal door in a straight design with 2-wing doors in a 2/3-1/3 design with a grain slide, ALU round profile for sealing the door gap welded to the rear doors on the side and bottom, rear doors partially covered with smooth aluminum, operation of the universal door automatically-pneumatically with a separate lever that can be locked, rear support outriggers made of ALU, swiveling, two tie-down straps with rubber buffers attached to the frame on the front wall of the tipping bed,

Hydraulic system: Tipping cylinder with "small" housing
