1. CHASSIS

High-quality construction made of steel S355JR (= ST52.3).
Chassis not painted, but galvanized (EN ISO 1461), hot-dip galvanizing.

2. BODY

The front wall consists of 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles, type 600, reinforced corner joints.

Fixed sealing between the floor and the front wall by means of an aluminum profile and PVC sealing.

Side walls in smooth design, inside and outside. Double-walled side wall profiles 600 mm
wide - 30 mm thick - 3 mm inside - 2 mm outside (grain version). The side wall profiles are
welded continuously on the inside.

Wear plate in aluminum, rectangular, on the inside at the rear, 3000 x 2000 x 4 mm.
