Chassis: Reinforced, continuous chassis design, new.

Body: Self-supporting design with corresponding reinforcements in the lower belt for particularly high stability and strength, cross members, 140 mm high, reinforced design for high ground load. Additional reinforcement as a gusset plate in the front lower belt/vehicle frame area. Chassis made of galvanized steel up to the support structure (semi-trailer design, max. total weight up to 39,000 kg).

Axles and Suspension: Disc brake 22.5". Jost (DCA) axle assemblies, 3x9 tons with DCA air suspension, lifting and lowering, Wabco Smartboard, electronic brake wear indicator, readable in the central control unit (display). 1st and 3rd axles with lift function incl. Optiturn and Optiturn. 1st axle with starting aid (without central control unit control). Tire pressure monitoring system Wabco Trailerpulse with sensors mounted on ZF rims.

Braking System: According to E.G. standard, EBS E-system Wabco with RSS system (Roll-Stability-Support) and Premium modulator. Spring brake system acting on two axles with operation at the rear. Aluminum air tank system.

Electrical System: According to the guidelines of EC standards 91/633 and 97/28 with 2 five-chamber lights, type Aspöck Eco LED 3, integrated in the aluminum rear panel. 24-volt system with 1x15-pole and 2x7-pole socket. Side marker lights in LED design. 2 reflective panels on the rear. Position lights at the front: 2 white, at the rear: 2 red. 2 separate LED reversing lights integrated in the U-profile. Audio alarm when reversing.

Body/Dump Bed: Body internally fully welded, reinforced side walls. Front wall load 17,250 dkn, side and rear wall 13,400/10,400 dkn. Aluminum dump bed, side walls with 30 mm thick aluminum plank profiles (2-3 mm), 600 mm wide, completely welded with lower and upper belt. Plank profiles fully welded internally. Floor laid as a sliding floor system on 140 mm aluminum cross members. Floor stacking load approx. 9 tons/m2. Cross members mounted close together (approx. 350 mm). Aluminum front wall with 600 mm plank profile, 2-3 mm thick, in straight design. Special aluminum corner profiles in beveled design. Smooth rear wall in straight design with 2 aluminum wing doors, 50/30 mm thick, with 2 swivel rod locks, mounted in the welded aluminum rear frame in Teflon bearings and stainless steel bearings. Doors secured in the open position with one chain each on the side. Hard wear plates on the side walls, approx. 2,000x1,500x4mm, fully welded. Moving residual unloading wall with Kevlar sheet, approx. 1,800 mm long plus side Kevlar seal. Service door on the left in the front wall, opening inwards.

Hydraulic System: "Cargo - Floor" Sliding Floor System. Sliding floor system in the floor with hydraulically moved aluminum profiles on aluminum square profiles with approx. 880 PE-HD gliders plus anti-lifting glide bearings, type CF 10 mm floor design. Hydraulics with approx. 200 mm working stroke. Fixed elements on the front wall. Separate option for connecting the hydraulic line under the vehicle with fixed elements. Line size NW 21.
