Metal separation system – WPS-1000 + 12,000 gauss magnetic separator

Metal separation system consisting of a vibrating table, a magnetic drum belt separator, and a WPS-1000 eddy current separator.

Designed for the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from bulk materials in recycling processes.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The vibrating table feeds and distributes the material evenly. The magnetic separator captures magnetically susceptible particles. The WPS-1000 eddy current separator then separates non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum and copper, from the remaining material stream.

VIBRATING TABLE AND MAGNETIC DRUM BELT SEPARATOR

• Vibrating table width: approx. 1,000 mm
• Vibrating motor power: 2 × approx. 0.8 kW
• Magnetic drum width: approx. 1,100 mm
• Magnetic roller diameter: approx. 200 mm
• Magnetic flux density: approx. 12,000 gauss
• Conveyor belt motor power: approx. 1.1 kW
• Reinforced PVC conveyor belt
• Structure partially made of stainless steel

WPS-1000 EDDY CURRENT SEPARATOR

• Magnetic rotor with NdFeB neodymium magnets
• Magnetic rotor length: 1,000 mm
• Rotor motor power: 7.5 kW
• Conveyor belt motor power: 1.5 kW
• Variable rotor and conveyor belt speeds
• PVC conveyor belt with a sealing side skirt

• Enclosed separator structure
• Adjustable splitter for separating material fractions
• IP55-rated control cabinet with a safety system
• Color: RAL 3001

Adjustable rotor speed, conveyor belt speed, and splitter position allow operating settings to be adapted to the processed material. Separation performance depends on material composition, particle size, and feeding conditions.
