Përshkrim
Eddy Current separators from the Magnetic Series are mainly used in the waste recycling industry. The use of eddy currents allows for the recovery of non-ferrous (non-magnetic) metals from loose waste such as aluminum, copper, brass etc. The WPS separators are characterized by high separation accuracy due to the original solutions by ZŁOMIARZE, which guarantees high profitability of waste recycling.
Wps separators are used in the recovery of:
non-ferrous metals from the recycling of electronic waste
non-ferrous metals from car recycling
metals from foundry waste
Bodpfx Asu Dg Uhjf Sslp
aluminum in glass recycling processes
non-ferrous metals from steel waste
non-ferrous metals from municipal waste
Description of Operation:
The material delivered by the vibratory feeder is placed on the conveyor belt of the eddy current separator. The separator belt transports the material toward the high-speed magnetic rotor. The magnetic rotor creates high-frequency magnetic field by using maximized system of alternating magnetic fields. The alternating magnetic field induces eddy currents in metals. These currents counteract the external field and lead to the rejection of colored metals outside the material stream. A divider installed at the end of the separator is provided for the separation of materials. The central magnetic rotor has been designed to handle the smallest materials, providing the ability to recover particles up to 1 mm in diameter.
We also have larger sizes of eddy current separators - catalog in documents.
