For sale is a SCHOLZ hot air autoclave, model 47844 Lilium, which underwent extensive modernization between 2019 and 2024. The system is designed for the thermal treatment of materials under overpressure and offers reliable and precise process control thanks to modern automation technology and the proven SCHOLZ construction.

Modernizations carried out
In 2019:
- Installation of a new STANGE 604 program controller, including control software and data recording
- Integration of a new Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC (TIA Portal)

- New feedthroughs for 12 component temperature sensors (type K thermocouples)
- Installation of new terminal panels for connecting the thermocouples inside the autoclave

- Replacement of several actuated valves for compressed air and cooling water control

In 2024:
- Installation of a new rotary vane vacuum pump
