The Mechatronics RPU-2100R is a reagent production unit used in hematology to optimize reagent logistics in laboratories.

Purpose and Function

The RPU-2100R (Reagent Production Unit) is designed to automatically dilute concentrated reagents (such as Cellpack S Conc.) and produce large quantities of ready-to-use reagent on-site in the laboratory.

The RPU-2100R is a single unit, with all components located within a closed housing.
The housing features removable, epoxy-coated sheet metal covers.
All external connections, as well as the ON/OFF switch, are located on the rear of the unit.
All components that can be serviced or replaced by the user are accessible via the front door.
The carriage for the Cellpack concentrate (e.g., Cellpack®-S Conc.) can be optionally attached to three sides of the unit.

The RPU-2100R focuses on optimizing reagent management for high-throughput laboratories:
Reagent concentrates: Uses Cellpack S Conc. in 10L and 20L containers.

Throughput per concentrate:
With a 10L container, up to 8,250 blood counts per month can be performed without changing the reagent.
With a 20L container, up to 16,500 blood counts per month are possible.
Shelf life: The mixed reagent has a shelf life of 30 days after opening.
