Pierre, Inarca, Mussino Galaxy a-100, splice - mat 1000, l.d.a

For sale is a complete set of equipment from two specialized production lines dating back to 2001 (machine park liquidation), designed for the production and final processing of electric motor stators. The machines are from reputable Italian manufacturers.

The set includes two dedicated lines:

1. Line 63 (for stators with an outer diameter of ⌀90 mm / inner diameter of ⌀50 and ⌀47 mm):

* Hydraulic press for the pre-forming of stator cores.
* Core winding machine (stator core tying machine).
* Final hydraulic press for forming the cores to their final dimensions (PiErre Galaxy A-100 with an Onda Impianti power unit).

2. Line 71 (for stators with an outer diameter of ⌀110 mm / inner diameter of ⌀55 mm):

* Press for pre-forming.
* Core winding machine (Mussino L.D.A.).
* Final hydraulic press (PiErre Galaxy A-100).
* Machine for joining the winding lead with the connection lead (Inarca Splice-Mat 1000).

The lines also include:

* Main machine, DMG MECCANICA s.r.l., model IM3E (year of manufacture 2005).
* Set of winding wire unwinding and feeding units, Min Jen Precision Machinery, model MPI-0850FD, complete with additional tensioning equipment and plates.

The machines have complete safety guards, and the hydraulic power supply is provided by high-performance Oleodinamica power units from Onda Impianti. It is possible to adapt the tooling to other types of motors. The equipment is ready for loading. Please contact us.
