The track chain links for multi-blade saws are cast from high-quality cast iron or steel castings, ensuring the superior quality of the finished tracks. The links can be equipped with additional carrier spikes. The track components—guides, pins, and bushings—are made from high-grade materials and undergo heat treatment and thermo-chemical processing. The feed accuracy of the track is achieved by a special machining method for the holes in the links. Upon request, we manufacture guides, breakers, sprockets, pulleys, and shafts. We design and produce tracks for multi-blade saws from all over the world, for manufacturers such as: A.COSTA, RAIMANN, TOS SVITAVA, REMA RESZEL, GABIANNI, PAUL, OGAM, and all models of Chinese tracks.
