Single-shaft shredder with hydraulic drive and pusher, suitable for processing plastics, paper, PLASMIX, CCS, RDF, wood, and other materials. The machine features a solid and durable frame, a robust knife rotor, and a patented knife holder attachment system. Material to be processed must be pre-cleaned of ferrous, inert, and non-shreddable contaminants.

Feeding is automatic thanks to the interaction between the hydraulic pusher and the rotor. Output particle size is determined by the screen grids. Rotor speed, and therefore throughput, can be adjusted via the fully hydraulic transmission system. The integration of the knife holders into the rotor body itself and the particularly robust rotor design make the machine extremely safe and accessible for maintenance.
