ADVANTAGES OF THE METALSELF ORBITAL TECHNOLOGY:

The orbital welder automates the TIG welding process of pipes by rotating a torch around the joint to create precise, uniform, and repeatable welds. This technology often eliminates the need for a skilled welder, reducing reliance on the operator's manual skills, increasing production speed, and lowering long-term costs.

TECHNICAL DATA OF THE POWER SOURCE (ET-200 GENERATOR):

-Generator Type: Inverter power source controlled by a microprocessor.
-Input Voltage: 220VAC ±10% (110V optional).
-Frequency: 50/60 Hz.
-Power Consumption: 4.5 KVA.
-Welding Current: Adjustable from 5 to 200 A.
-Current Control: DC mode (direct current, for greater thicknesses) and Pulse mode (for precise heat control, ideal for stainless steel, titanium, and thin walls).
-Memory Capacity: Up to 200 welding programs can be stored.
-Intelligent Programming: "Auto Prog" function automatically generates optimal parameters by simply entering the head model, diameter, and thickness of the pipe being processed.
-Control and Traceability: On-board thermal printer for issuing reports at the end of the cycle and USB port for digital data export.
-Cooling: Integrated water circulation system.
-Sound Emissions (LpA) < 70 dB(A).

CONFIGURABLE WELDING HEADS (CLOSED CHAMBER SERIES):
The ET-200 power source can be combined with various closed-chamber orbital welding heads, depending on the diameters you need to work with. All heads use Argon gas and water cooling to ensure continuous and long-lasting cycles:

* Model 5H: For tubes from Ø 6.35 to Ø 12.7 mm (Max thickness ≤ 1.5 mm) - Head weight: 1.5 kg.
* Model 10H: For tubes from Ø 6.35 to Ø 25.4 mm (Max thickness < 2 mm) - Head weight: 1.8 kg.
* Model EC40: For tubes from Ø 6.35 to Ø 38.1 mm (Max thickness ≤ 2.5 mm) - Head weight: 3.5 kg
* Model EC80: For tubes from Ø 12.7 to Ø 76.2 mm (Max thickness ≤ 3 mm) - Head weight: 5 kg.
* Model EC120: For tubes from Ø 19 to Ø 114.3 mm (Max thickness ≤ 3 mm) - Head weight: 6.5 kg.
* Model EC170: For tubes from Ø 50.8 to Ø 165.2 mm (Max thickness ≤ 3 mm) - Head weight: 14 kg.
