Functional description:
For cleaning, the dirty container is swung into the cleaning compartment at the rear of the vehicle. The stainless steel high-pressure washing heads move into the container and are supplied with pressurized water. The container is cleaned fully automatically by two robotic arms with washing nozzles that rotate around 2 axes, thus ensuring an even distribution of the water jets on the interior surface of the container to be cleaned. The impulse is generated by end limit switches on the lifter. The cleaning duration can be adjusted variably depending on the degree of soiling. The dirty water is pumped from the solids chamber into the dirty water tanks. Waste residues are emptied via the pneumatically operated flap at the bottom of the solids chamber. The cleaning of the dirty water tank and the collection box is carried out automatically via flat jet nozzles.
