- Robot arm NJ-16-3.1 Foundry: The robot has a load capacity of 16 kg and a working radius of 3100 mm. It is particularly robust and flexible, equipped with an IP65 protection class and is flange-mounted directly behind the cell.
- SERVO turning table: With a maximum load of 500 kg and a faceplate center width of 2800 mm, the interpolating turning table offers maximum precision and repeatability.
- Processing cell: The processing cell measures 2350 x 4500 mm and is equipped with sound insulation.
- High-speed roller shutter: Integrated into the cell wall, the high-speed roller shutter ensures safe access and complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
- SL-VI 30 Plus high-pressure pump: This pump achieves a pressure of up to 4136 bar, ideal for precise cutting processes.
- Water cutting head: The water cutting head is a central component of the system and offers maximum precision. It is equipped with a high-pressure line feed, a manual change system for quick replacement.
