Maszyna pakująca SAVOYE INTELIS (2016) INTELIS F12

The SAVOYE INTELIS packing machine is a fully automatic packaging line designed for packing products in corrugated cardboard boxes. The unit was manufactured in France in 2016 and features a modular plug & play architecture, enabling quick assembly, disassembly and adaptation of the process to current logistics requirements.

This machine is suitable for medium to large distribution centers, e-commerce operations, contract logistics providers, and manufacturing plants. Its capacity is up to 840 cartons/hour, with a maximum single package weight of up to 32 kg.
The packaging line consists of the following components (as per documentation):

INTELIS F12 – Carton erector – automatic forming of boxes from corrugated board.

Kodpfox Uphgsx Ahyslr
INTELIS T18 – Shrink tunnel – carton and film stabilization through thermal shrinkage.

INTELIS C12 – Carton closer – lid application and final closing of the carton.

NORDSON PROBLUE – Glue application system – professional glue applicator for packaging.
