STS V-2.0

Tank
• Tank capacity: 2,000 liters
• Hot-dip galvanized tank
• Tank slightly inclined to the rear for easier cleaning
• Side rinsing port in the tank for removing contamination or blockages without opening the tank cover
• Tank lid opens fully toward the passenger side and is secured with hook bolts
• Two safety stages installed as standard to prevent compressor damage
• Siphon separator – overflow protection with two balls and sight glass
• Pressure gauge on the over-suction unit with protective guard
• Mechanical level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor
• MEC 3000 vacuum compressor with 3,500 l/min air capacity
• Maximum vacuum: -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
• Maximum overpressure: 0.49 bar
• Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
• Honda industrial engine GX 390 – electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery, and tank
• Internal suction hose to avoid exposure inside the engine unit
• Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil trap
• Stainless steel heat shield above exhaust
• 1 liter biodegradable compressor oil, stored in oil bottle holder
• 5-liter fuel canister in holder
• Standard funnel with long neck for changing and refilling engine oil
• All engine components and accessories stored in lockable aluminum engine box, powder-coated in your desired color

Chassis
• Self-supporting chassis, fully hot-dip galvanized
• Low-loader tandem axle chassis, 3.5 tons
• Track width aligned with passenger cars and Sprinters for optimal driving performance
• Lowest possible center of gravity for the tank
• Two axles, each with 1,750 kg load capacity, independent wheel suspension from a renowned manufacturer
• Continuous welded V-drawbar
• Sturdy fenders with metal lamp housings
• Stake holders for quick securing of suction hoses with rubber straps

• Overrun brake with auto-reverse
• Automatic safety ball coupling

Connections and Hoses
• 2x suction hoses (3”) 5 meters long, with Perrot couplings
• 1x suction lance 3” (1,500 mm long)
• 1x Perrot coupling (3”) on lower tank lid
• 1x Perrot coupling (3”) on the right side in driving direction
