Axles and Suspension: Disc brakes 22.5" SAF axle assemblies, 3 x 9 t with air suspension. Axle spacing is 2 x 1,310 mm. Raise/lower control valve, loading pressure gauge mounted on top of the tank, Wabco Smartboard, Wabco TPMS tire pressure monitoring, 1st axle liftable without tractor equipment, 3rd axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn

Wheels and Tires: 6 wheels with 385/65 R22.5 tires, manufacturer’s choice of Alcoa Dura-Bright aluminium rims in 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120

Brake System: EBS 4S/2M WABCO pneumatic brake system with RSS, in compliance with Standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09, brake wear indicator connected

Landing Gear: Mechanical landing legs with two speeds, 2 x 20 t support capacity with swiveling foot, rear crank landing gear

Electrical System: All lights in LED version, 24-volt electrical installation consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the fifth wheel on the chassis rail, yellow side marker lights in the required number, rear position lights, front clearance lights, rear license plate lights, lights according to Standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, two multifunction rear lights mounted on aluminium brackets at the level of the pivot bearing as per Standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, one LED work light on the tank, yellow warning beacon at rear mounted at hose pipe height, 2x reversing lights in the underrun protection, 2x reversing lights at support height (each individually switchable from the power console)

Tank Construction: Horizontal tank made of aluminium alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn). Single-chamber tank with a 60,000-litre capacity. Tank warranty: 24 months from delivery

Operating Parameters: Pressure vessel in accordance with Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test pressure 3.0 bar – operating pressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80°C

Filling Options: 5 manholes DN 450 with swing and folding dome covers. Dome covers tightly sealed with 4 wing nuts each, rubber support for dome covers on top for stowage, rain gutter closed at front – open at rear

Material Discharge: 1 discharge cone DN 800 in stainless steel (INOX), folding with INOX disc for loosening, discharge cone laterally swivelling, shut-off valve DN 150 with white seal, connection: STORZ-A

Air Piping: 2.5" stainless steel air manifold mounted on the right operating side, one 4" stainless steel air distribution pipe mounted at the rear of the tank, air valves (shut-off valves) in INOX, top air hose and air connection hoses with 2" STORZ couplings, micron filter, vacuum valve on top of tank, 1x vibrator 1 m before the pivot bearing

Access Ladder and Walkway: 1 aluminium ladder mounted rear left on the vehicle, 1 aluminium safety scissor handrail deployable from below with separate folding ladder section and parking brake when open, 1 aluminium safety catwalk runs along the top left of the tank, anti-slip coating on the tank
