Langzauner LZ 5/2 - 3500 Veneer saw, precision cutting saw with jointing unit (planing unit) and veneer stop table.

For tear-free and gap-free cutting of veneer, including thick-cut veneer.

Easy-to-guide unit, runs on two hardened, ground linear guide shafts
Rear support table with continuous finger stop, adjustable from approx. 2 - 56cm, with pneumatic clamping and digital display
The stop table is very robustly built and runs on parallel round guides; it is slightly offset to the right so that cross-cuts can be made on the left side of the veneer packs.
Angle stop on the stop table and on the front support for head cuts of the veneer packs
Special equipment with rack and pinion compensation for the pressure bar, which prevents the pressure bar from skewing
Pneumatic workpiece clamping, also holds in the center position
Drive motor saw 2.2kW, milling unit 1.1kW
The motors can be practically switched on at the handle, so they only run when needed.
When switched on, the saw and milling unit are automatically engaged by compressed air; the cutting height can be selected in three positions via a revolving stop.
Carbide-tipped precision cutting blade, sharpened
Planer head Z4 with pull-cut, equipped with new carbide reversible inserts and spare blades included
Practical front veneer support, automatically pneumatically extended when using the planing unit
