Delivery and packaging:

Central hand replacement:
- It is possible to receive the central hand in exchange. Alternatively, it can also be purchased without an exchange on request.

Warranty:
- Each central hand comes with a 12-month warranty. It is possible to extend this to 18 months for an additional charge.

Express overhaul:
- A quick overhaul of KUKA central hands is offered, which takes place within 48-72 hours of delivery.
