PLC MERKEZI Refurbishment Services Include:
• Cleaning: The surface of the robot panel and the robot has been cleaned.
• Oil Changing: The oils of all axes (6 axes) of the robot have been replaced.
• Battery Changing: All batteries have been replaced with the new ones.
• Mechanical Maintenance: Gear wheels counter balance are checked and maintained after weight, repeatability tests.
• Electronical Maintenance: Includes drivers, electronic boards, teach pendant and PC maintenance.
• Polishing and Repainting: After the cleaning the robot gets polished and be painted to its original colour, can be painted to the colour that you desired.
