Optional ESS Energy Saving System (Energy Saving Systems)

The machine can be equipped with a state-of-the-art ESS servo drive system, which significantly improves the energy efficiency of hydraulic plastic injection moulding machines.

The system controls the operation of the hydraulic pump motor via a frequency converter, adjusting the motor speed to match the machine’s actual demand during the production cycle. As a result, electricity is consumed only when it is actually needed.
