The system is characterized by its high precision, integrated force-displacement monitoring (piezoelectric sensors), and an extremely robust design for industrial continuous operation.

Precise Pressing and Joining:
Ideal for highly accurate assembly processes in the automotive industry, electrical manufacturing, or general mechanical engineering.

Integrated Quality Assurance (Force-Displacement Monitoring):
Thanks to the built-in piezoelectric sensors, the module measures the exact tensile and compressive forces acting during the pressing process, depending on the position.

Enables advanced functions such as "joining on block," position-controlled pressing, or force-controlled joining (in combination with a suitable controller, e.g., Kistler maXYmos).
