Josting Veneer Guillotine with Cross-Cutting Machine

The machine precisely cuts veneer bundles in a straight and parallel manner. For all types of veneer, tight jointing after cutting is ensured.

Technical features:
● Highest cutting quality thanks to an oscillating knife movement, pulling at an angle of approx. 20°.
● Parallel fence with motorized rapid adjustment, fine adjustment, and digital measurement display for cutting parallel widths and strips.
● The green alignment light clearly marks the cutting line.
● Alignment grooves and an angle stop on the machine table facilitate positioning of the veneers.
● The wide pressure beam presses even wavy veneers flat and level before cutting.
● The trim-cut function hydraulically adjusts the knife beam by 0.9 mm. Square cutting edges are achieved by pre- and post-cutting with pressed veneer bundles.
● Cutting veneers across the grain is possible thanks to the powerful crank drive.
● The heavy construction safely absorbs the high pressing and cutting forces.
● Precise and durable parallel guidance of machine components.
● Full utilization of the knife due to 30 mm regrinding capability.
● Low energy consumption and reduced noise levels due to intermittent drive operation.
