How does the machine work?
The block material is loaded onto the chain conveyor and transported to the pusher, which feeds it to the cutting zone.
The block material is measured by the machine before cutting and it also calculates which lengths need to be cut in order to optimize usage and produce no waste (or as little waste as possible).
The machine can process 4 different block lengths in the same pass and each block can be optimized separately.
Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a double drive, which enables the simultaneous processing of two different block materials.

The feed chain and the circular saw blade are driven by a standard electric motor,
while the linear module is driven by an AC servo for optimum performance and precision.
The measuring arm, the material holder in the saw and the air blower are pneumatically operated.
The machine is controlled and monitored by its own PLC via a control panel.


The machine is designed for continuous and reliable processing of pallets. It combines professional precision with a user-friendly set-up.

Squared timber material:

This machine is available in different versions.
IMH has various additional machine modules that can easily be added to existing machines to achieve a higher degree of automation.
