The Horizon booklet production line featuring the models SPF-200L, FC-200L, is a state-of-the-art, modular solution for the efficient production of saddle-stitched booklets – including A4 landscape format. The system is suitable for both offset and digital printing and is especially designed for small to medium print runs. Thanks to the combination of collating machines (VAC-600Ha, VAC-600Hm, VAC-600Hm, VAC-600Hc), booklet maker (SPF-200L), and front trimmer (FC-200L), the line offers maximum flexibility and productivity in post-press processing.

- Automated Settings: All format and production parameters are automatically set via a large, intuitive color touchscreen – including fold roller gap.
- A4 Landscape Capability: The SPF-200L enables the production of booklets in A4 landscape format, making it particularly versatile.
- Modular Expandability: The VAC-600 collating towers are modularly expandable from 6 up to 60 stations and allow non-stop operation through double-cycle and insert programs.
- High Speed: Up to 9,500 cycles/hour for collating and up to 4,000 booklets/hour for stitching (3,500 in landscape format).
- Flexible Configuration: Can be combined with additional Horizon feeders and digital print feeders for hybrid production lines.
- Versatile Formats: Processes formats from at least 148 x 120 mm up to a maximum of 610 x 350 mm (SPF-200L).
