Log yard with restacking unit
Complete log handling system from the log receiving area to the transfer to the debarking line. The system performs automatic log handling, singulation, end trimming, metal detection, butt end reduction, debarking, 3D measurement, and sorting of the logs.

The restacking unit automatically returns, singulates, and realigns the logs for feeding to the debarking line. It consists of, among other things, an approx. 18 m long log handling conveyor, a four-stage inclined conveyor, a 90° curved conveyor, a double-strand block conveyor, a transverse conveyor, and an integrated log turner.

The restacking unit can be purchased separately if required.
