Hebrock AKV3005DK-F Edge Banding Machine with pre-milling, corner copying, and two profile scrapers.
Very well-maintained machine from a small business, in excellent condition.

Touch-screen interface with PLC control for user-friendly operation; up to 12 operating programs can be saved.

All indexable inserts on the milling and scraper units have been replaced or rotated, saw blades have been sharpened. The machine is ready for immediate use. Only the diamond pre-milling cutters (Whispercut) have not been replaced but are still sharp. Paintwork has been touched up. The Hebrock AKV series is the predecessor model to the current K series.

Machine has only approx. 730 operating hours (glue pot switched on), but the frequency converters have only been switched on for approx. 455 hours. Machine is in very good condition—see original photos.
