Fine-grained steel welded construction, saddle plate with replaceable 2 kingpins
Vario stanchion system
4 pairs embedded in loading area, can be pushed together to 2 100 mm and extended to approx. 3 500 mm for loading. Stanchions can be locked every 100 mm on an internal width of 2 100 mm to 3 000 mm, 4 pairs of divisible stanchions 600 mm + 1 200 mm, total height 1 800 mm removable. With an internal stanchion width from approx. 2 350 mm, excess width.
Vario end walls
Floor prepared for inserting 3 end walls. 4 x 5 pairs of Vario stanchion pockets for insertable end walls (front and rear) and 1 x 3 pairs in the middle for transporting 2 x 5,000 mm or 2 x 6,000 mm construction steel mats.
2 Vario end walls, each consisting of 1 pair of plug-in stanchions and 1 top crossbeam approx. 2200 mm wide. Cross beams can be extended by 220 mm on both sides, with lashing hole for tensioning. 1900 mm high Vario bulkhead, can be converted to 1300 mm or 700 mm high.
4 stanchion pockets embedded in the center of the floor for 80 x 80 mm stanchions
1 pair of supports at the bottom for Vario bulkhead at the front
1 pair of lower supports for rear Vario bulkhead
Slightly slanted outer frame with Load-Lock profile for lashing strap attachment
14 pairs of lashing eyes additionally embedded in the outer frame, 5 tons each

1 plastic toolbox, with drawer and shelf, w=650 / h=520 / d=670 mm, lockable with a padlock (lock not included)
1 closed stanchion stowage box, open at the top, below loading area, doors on both sides, w=450 mm/h=400/420 mm/d=2460 mm
4 lashing/stanchion rails embedded transversely in the floor across the entire width up to the outer frame (max. usable internal width between the outer stanchions approx. 2170 mm), approx. 100 mm high. With 20 mm round steel slats, top and bottom, distance from top to bottom approx. 60 mm (of the round steel). For lashing and inserting stanchions 80 x 80 mm.
Note: Stanchion pockets / stanchions are not designed for securing long material, pipes etc. on their own without wrapping around them.
