A horizontal tank made from aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn). Single-chamber tank, capacity 47,000 liters, 24-month tank warranty from delivery. Operating parameters: Pressure vessel according to Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test pressure 3.0 bar - operating pressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80°

Filling Options:
4 manholes DN 450 with swiveling and folding covers. Each cover is sealed under pressure with 4 wing nuts, rubber support for domed covers at the top for storage, rain strip closed at front, open at rear

Material Discharge:
1 material discharge cone DN 800 made of INOX, foldable with INOX disc for material loosening, discharge cone swivels laterally, shut-off valve DN 150 with white gasket, connection: STORZ-A

Air Piping:
A 2.5” stainless steel air manifold pipe mounted on the right-hand operator side, a stainless steel air distribution pipe 4” mounted at the rear of the tank, air valves (shut-off flaps) in INOX, top air hose and air connection hoses feature 2” STORZ couplings, Micron filter, vacuum valve at the top of the tank, 1x vibrator 1m before the pivot bearing

Access Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminum ladder mounted at the rear left of the vehicle, 1 aluminum safety scissor guardrail with a separate foldable ladder section deployable from below with parking brake when open, 1 aluminum safety walkway along the upper left side of the tank, anti-slip coating on the tank

Conveying Hose Storage:
4 hose tube containers 5 m long DN 200 made of aluminum with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose container with compressor hose D.76
