Chassis:
- Welded construction from high-quality steel sections with through-profile cross members
- Designed for high point loads. Outer frame as UNP profile
- Fifth wheel plate approx. 8 mm, underride guard nose approx. 700 mm wide
- Bracket at front for customer-side mounting of a support device, approx. 90 x 90 x 4 mm

Coupling device:
- 2-inch kingpin (mount also suitable for 3.5)

Rear underrun protection:
- According to EC, bolted design

Side underrun protection:
- According to EC

Landing gear:
- 24 t landing legs with single-side operation (test load approx. 66 t), Jost Modul CH (Heavy Duty) S-foot

Axles:
- 3 x 9 t air suspension axle units, manufacturer of our choice, with disc brake approx. 430 x 45 mm
- ABS
- Hub-centric wheel mounting, 10-hole, ET 120
- Total air suspension travel approx. 200 mm, of which raising approx. 140 mm and lowering approx. 60 mm, controlled via rotary slide valve with detent, with RTR function
- Switch for second ride height (+ approx. 50 mm) on the bracket of the lifting and lowering device
- Smartboard/TIM/Infocenter, without TPMS display

Lifting axle:
- First axle liftable, with fully automatic load-dependent lift control, starting aid via button in the driver’s cab (15-pin socket PIN12). Button in cab not included in delivery

Braking system:
Manufacturer of our choice
- Two-line compressed-air braking system according to EC with EBS and RSS, automatic load-dependent adjustment
- Spring brake cylinder as parking brake
- Mistake-proof coupling heads mounted securely on front cross member, without connecting line to the motor vehicle

Tyres:
- 6 units, 385/65 R22.5 160J on 11.75 x 22.5 rims (manufacturer of our choice), ET 120
- Basic version tyre pressure monitoring, connected to EBS CAN-bus system
- Tyre pressure display in driver’s cab (pre-installed by truck manufacturer)

Mudguards:
- According to EC, PVC mudguards (half-shells) over all axles
- Anti-spray mudflaps

Load securing:
- 8 pairs of lashing plates welded into the outer frame (pulling force approx. 3 t)
- 6 pairs of lashing rings on the side of the outer frame, evenly distributed (pulling force approx. 10 t)
- 13 pairs of lashing eyes (bails) on the outer frame (tested lashing capacity approx. 2.5 t per point)

Stake pockets/stakes:
- 5 pairs of stake pockets recessed in the outer frame, approx. 90 x 90 x 4 mm
- 3 pairs of stake pockets recessed in the loading floor, approx. 90 x 90 x 4 mm
- 10 plug-in stakes made of galvanized box section, approx. 80 x 80 x 4 mm, with stop at the bottom

Front wall:
- Bolted front wall, approx. 1,200 mm high, covered with approx. 5.5 m sheet metal

Stake magazine:
- Inside the front wall, a magazine for plug-in stakes

Floor:
- Approx. 28 mm hardwood floor recessed in the outer frame, with galvanized omega steel profiles
