Machine history
The machine has been used since new for the production of plastic buckets.
It has never been used for the production of PET caps, although the e-cap series was designed specifically for this type of application.
The average cycle time was approximately 15 seconds.
As a result, the clamping unit has performed significantly fewer operating cycles than typical e-cap machines used for cap production, where the cycle time is usually below 2–4 seconds. This potentially indicates lower mechanical wear compared to machines operated according to their original intended purpose.
