Overview:
The eTuft (also marketed as Robotuft®) is an advanced robotic tufting machine designed for the production of fashion carpets, rugs, and custom artificial grass. It is suitable for single orders, series production, and sample creation. Manufactured by EFAB GmbH.

Origin & Quality:
All components are sourced, manufactured, and assembled in Germany. EFAB's production facility and development department are located near Düsseldorf. Manufactured by EFAB.

Tufting Head Options:
The machine features an innovative, interchangeable tufting gun mechanism:

Pneumatic head – supports a significantly wider pile height range (cut pile up to 60 mm, J-tuft up to 100 mm), variable pile height for 3D effects, and various needle sizes (Ø 4.8 mm to Ø 11 mm).

Switching between the two systems requires only loosening 6 screws—no electrical installation required.

- Production capacity of 1–6 m²/hour depending on design complexity, with a maximum tufting speed of 2,000 stitches/minute (pneumatic)
