Ultrafilter ultraaqua autoclean 0016 AC
Donaldson Ultrafilter ultrafiltration system for compressed air compressor condensate

Oil/water separator for compressed air condensate

● Treatment system for separating compressed air condensate and condensates with difficult separation properties (e.g., stable emulsions) using cross-flow filtration.
● Physical separation principle guarantees residual oil content of < 5 mg/l in water.
● Intelligent control concept with programmable controller for safe system operation, including plain text display via a text display,
fault monitoring via alarm messages with potential-free contacts and optional external network connection.
● Optimized cleaning by comparing input/output, which extends cleaning intervals and saves operating costs.
● Thermally and chemically highly resistant ceramic membrane with a long service life.
● Frost protection with integrated heater.
● High-quality, corrosion-resistant materials for tanks, pipelines, pumps, seals, and valves.
