Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and ease of use of the CR series, the CR12A breaks the 12 kg payload limit, opening up a wider range of applications for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 1200 mm, the CR12A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, household appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster implementation
The CR12A features the industry's first dual-channel end-effector design, which can be directly connected to multiple end tools. It also has a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive recognition of the operating status.

More possibilities with high payload and large radius.
The CR12A has a working radius of 1200 mm and a maximum payload of 12 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR12A operates more stably and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface connections for greater flexibility
The CR12A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and can be seamlessly connected to the PLC. It has 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for PNP and NPN circuitry for easy application expansion.

High level of protection for safe collaboration.
The robot housing and control unit achieve a high protection rating of IP54. In the event of an overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR12A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the falling height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
