Thermo Scientific Dionex ASE 350 Automatic Sample Extractor for High-Performance Extraction of Solid Samples at High Pressure and High Temperature
Thermo Scientific Dionex ASE 350 Automatic Sample Extractor is equipped with a carousel for 24 extraction cells with a volume of 1 to 100 ml, a carousel for 60 ml and 250 ml collection containers and a solvent organization module.
Additional equipment offered with the extractor:
- Extraction cells with a volume of 22 ml – 6 pcs.
- Bottles for solvents with a volume of 2 l – 2 pcs.
- Bottle connections with caps – 2 pcs.

The ASE 350 system is a fast extractor that simplifies work in almost any application requiring extraction from soil, sediments or plant or animal material.

1. The extractor weighs 65 kg. A suitably stable laboratory table must be provided.

2. The ASE 350 extractor is powered by 230 V, 50 Hz. The required fuse is 16 A.

3. Nitrogen with a purity of 99.99% is required to ensure proper operation of the extractor. The reducer should allow the output gas pressure to be set within the range of 1.03-1.38 MPa.

4. Optionally, in addition to nitrogen, air can be used to control the pneumatics of the device. The air should be 99.99% pure. The air source should allow the output gas pressure to be adjusted within the range of 0.4 MPa to 0.8 MPa. NOTE: AIR DOES NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR NITROGEN, WHICH IS NECESSARY, AIR CAN BE REPLACED WITH NITROGEN.
