The Digima TW240E car lift is a professional, automatic two-post lifting system designed for everyday use in automotive workshops, mechanical service centres and vehicle maintenance facilities. With a lifting capacity of 4,500 kg, it is suitable for safely lifting passenger cars, SUVs and selected light commercial vehicles. The maximum lifting height of 1,800 mm provides convenient access to the underbody and allows mechanics to perform repairs, inspections and maintenance work comfortably.

The TW240E features a robust base-frame construction with a floor-mounted connection between the columns. This solution makes the lift suitable for workshops with limited ceiling height. The overall height of the unit is 2,830 mm, the total width is 3,310 mm, and the clear distance between the columns is 2,820 mm. A minimum lifting height of 110 mm also makes it easier to service vehicles with low ground clearance.

The lift is equipped with an electrohydraulic drive system powered by a 2.2 kW motor and a 380–400 V power supply. The automatic electromagnetic Solenoid Lock safety system allows the locking mechanisms to be released conveniently from the control panel. A 24 V low-voltage control system, emergency stop button and aircraft-grade cable synchronisation ensure stable, even and safe lifting of the vehicle.

Universal two-stage and three-stage lifting arms make it possible to adjust the support points to vehicles with different wheelbases and body lengths. Adjustable rubber lifting pads with a height of 80 mm protect the vehicle sills and make correct positioning easier. Self-lubricating UHMW sliders and reinforced C-shaped arm holders increase the durability of the structure, ensure smooth operation and allow the lift to withstand intensive daily use.
